Your Depreciation Report: Here It is…Now What?

This workshop was offered five times last year and was sold out on every occasion. It is intended for those stratas that already have a depreciation report and will show strata councils how to:

• Critically assess the information about their strata contained in the report
• Add supplemental information to the Form B if appropriate
• Explore alternative funding scenarios that meet owners’ needs
• Use the report to develop a detailed long-term maintenance plan

It will be facilitated by John Grubb, Unity Services Corporation, who has over 35 years in the Facilities Maintenance and Management, and Construction industries, and has been providing consulting services for maintenance planning specific to strata corporations for more than 10 years. The aim is to answer your questions and to share good ideas and experience with other council members like yourselves.

The workshop will be held at the Union Club in Victoria.  The cost for this full day workshop is $75, including lunch at the Club and handouts. Participation will be limited to 20.

 Please Note:
To secure a seat for this workshop payment must be received.  To instantly confirm your registration use a credit card.  This can be done using PayPal (which accepts your Visa, Mastercard, etc.) when you click on “submit”.  You do NOT need your own PayPal account.  You can then submit the receipt you immediately receive from PayPal along with the emailed registration form to your strata for reimbursement if eligible.  

Cancellation Policy:  With one week’s notice, you may cancel and receive a full refund.  With less than one week’s notice, you may receive a refund less a $25 administration fee.  Refund may be your choice of cheque mailed to you, or credit towards a future workshop. With no notice, no refund is possible.

Should you select to pay in another form (e.g. by cash or cheque at the office Tuesday through Thursday) or mail in a cheque (emailed registration form must be enclosed) you will be placed on a waiting list until payment is received and processed.
