- The Associate Membership is for individuals who are residents of British Columbia, that do not own a strata lot in B.C.
- The range of services include: Strata Support Team, discounts for Seminars and Workshops, as well as Bulletins by email. $35 annual fee.

You can purchase an Associate Membership in two ways:
1. Pay by cheque or e-transfer:
Complete the Associate Membership Application Form – Pay by Cheque. You will be emailed a copy of the application form for your records. Print off a copy and mail it along with a cheque for $35.00 to our new address: VISOA, 602 – 620 View Street, Victoria, BC, V8W 1J6. Or, once you’ve filled in the form, send an e-transfer to administrator@visoa.bc.ca
2. Pay by credit card (PayPal):
