New Strata Accounting Software FREE to Corporate Members

VISOA is offering a new Excel workbook FREE to its corporate members.

STRATACCOUNT is a simple accounting package for do-it-yourself strata councils which is specifically designed to record a typical strata’s financial transactions and to produce financial statements for the operating fund and the contingency reserve fund which conform to SPA requirements.  It is accompanied by instructions which are written for users who have little or no accounting or Excel expertise.

A letter with STRATACCOUNT attached was recently emailed to all self-managed corporate members who have provided VISOA with an email address.  If you are a self-managed corporate member who has not given us an email address, or employ a strata agent, and wish to obtain a copy, please contact administrator@visoa.bc.ca.

At the same time, VISOA has upgraded the DEPRECIATION REPORT ANALYZER workbook, and Instructions, which were included on a CD contained in its 2012 publication, Management of the Contingency Reserve Fund.  The 2014 version will be included in copies of this publication which are purchased after January 2014.  Those who purchased an earlier copy can obtain the update at no cost by emailing administrator@visoa.bc.ca.
