All VISOA members are invited to the Annual General Meeting to vote on the annual budget and bylaw amendments, approve plans for 2019, and elect Directors. Following the AGM is a seminar on "The ABCs of the CRT" with guest speaker, Kandis McCall, who is the Director of Case Management at the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT). Since 2016, the CRT has had the authority to resolve many types of strata disputes, so these disputes no longer have to go to the Supreme Court. Kandis will share her knowledge on how to effectively navigate the CRT process.
