Civil Resolution Tribunal – Solution Explorer Testing

We’re excited to launch the next round of testing for the Solution Explorer!
We’re making some great headway. But we need your help to move it closer to the finish line.

How will this testing work?

This testing is called a ‘closed public beta test.’ That’s a fancy way of saying that we provide a little extra information to the testers before they start, and then ask them about their experience when they finish. We’re still testing with the public, but we’re not opening it right up through the CRT website just yet. Before we are ready to launch the Solution Explorer, we want to make sure we’re providing the public with the most accessible, useful free legal information, tools and resources we can. Testing it with real users is the best way to do that. We hope you can help us by volunteering to be a tester.
