Civil Resolution Tribunal Amendment Act Update:
On March 21, 2015, Bill 19, the Civil Resolution Tribunal Amendment Act, (CRTA) passed third reading in the B.C. Legislature, without amendment. The Bill was first introduced on March 10th.
Bill 19 received Royal Assent on May 14, 2015
The CRT is expected to open by the end of 2015.
