Stratum Law Corporation provides strata-related legal services.   These include bylaw reviews and drafting, legal opinions, governance, fines, bylaw infractions, Civil Resolution Tribunal and Supreme Court proceedings and a host of other issues.

Located in Victoria, Stratum Law is available to clients in Nanaimo, Parksville, Courtenay and throughout Vancouver Island, and can often attend annual or special general meetings to provide information and answer questions from the ownership about a resolution.  We also assist clients on the mainland and throughout BC.  We represent both strata owners and strata councils.

In addition to matters related to governance and the proper functioning of a strata, we also represent clients involved in litigation, whether before the Civil Resolution Tribunal, Supreme or Provincial Courts of British Columbia or the BC Court of Appeal.
