Message from the CRT Chair

Shannon Salter head shot (2)Implementation website is now up.
www.civilresolutionbc.ca

Since my appointment as chair last summer, I have enjoyed spending time in the community talking with a broad range of people about the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT).  I appreciate how open and constructive these conversations have been.  People have shared their curiosity, excitement, impatience, and yes, also some concerns about how the CRT will work.

It is important to me that we have a common place where potential participants and others interested in the CRT can seek information and provide feedback as we work to implement the tribunal.  The CRT implementation site (www.civilresolutionbc.ca) will be that place.

The CRT implementation site will have information about how the CRT will work, updates on our progress toward implementing the CRT, and guest posts on a variety of related subjects, including online and alternative dispute resolution.

Just as important, the CRT implementation site will enable you to ask questions and provide comments to the CRT team.  We are committed to making the tribunal as easy-to-use and accessible as possible.  If you have constructive comments or suggestions, we encourage you to get in touch through the CRT implementation site.

As always, thank you for your support and feedback.  I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the website.

Sincerely,
Shannon Salter
Chair
Civil Resolution Tribunal
